اثربخشی برنامه آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی رایانه محور بر ویژگی‌های شناختی و پیشرفت ریاضی کودکان دارای نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی

مقدمه: نقص در کارکردهای اجرایی یکی از ویژگی‌های اصلی اختلال نارسایی توجه/بیش فعالی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی آموزش کارکردهای اجرایی بر افزایش ویژگی‌های شناختی، تحصیلی و کاهش نشانگان اختلال  نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی به اجرا درآمد.
 روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع پژوهش­های نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون، با دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل است. با استفاده از نمونه گیری غیر تصادفی هدفمند 38 نفر انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش در یک دوره 27جلسه ای، آموزش کارکرد اجرایی را به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار CogniPlus دریافت کرد. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه­های سیاهه رفتاری کودکان، آزمون ریاضی ایران کی مت و هوش آزمای نوین تهران استنفورد بینه استفاده شد. داده‌های با استفاده از آزمون t مستقل برای مقایسه دو گروه به لحاظ ویژگی‌های جمعیت شناختی پیش از اجرایی برنامه مداخله، تحلیل کواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل گرفت.
 یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از تأثیر معنی داری آموزش کارکرد اجرایی بر مهارت‌های شناختی و عدم اثر گذاری بر عملکرد ریاضی و نشانگان اختلال نارسایی توجه / بیش فعالی است. در حیطه شناختی، تنها اثر معنی دار برنامه مداخله‌ای بر مهارت‌های دیداری فضایی مشاهده شد.
نتیجه گیری: پردازش دیداری فضایی کودکان دارای اختلال نارسایی توجه/ بیش فعالی می تواند تحت تاثیر آموزش کارکردهای ارتقاء یابد.
