This study aimed to study the ability of inhibition and lake the palate tolerance and parents cope with mental retardation and physical disability children. Method: The research method is in scientific-comparison way being done in spring1395 in Naqadeh.the measuring variables are all parents having children with mental or physical disorders that 200 of them were chosen in form of being available.to evaluate variables,this research has used the tools of defeat tolerating tools of (Harington,2005), tools of coping with illnesses for parents of (Hamilton et al), and the questionnaire of self inhibition (Vinberger & Schoartz,1991), to analyze the data collected from descriptive indicator variables including means and standard deviation, multivariant analyzing tests were used. Results: The findings indicate that inhibition of 0/01 compared between the two groups made up of parents of children with mental retardation and physical disabilities there is a significant difference (P<0/05), Also check variable 0/007 are significant differences between the two groups cope parents were (P<0/05), But compare variables 0/37 between the two groups lack the palate bear no significant difference (P<0/05). Conclusion: The parents of mentally retarded children than parents with children faced with the problem of physical disability later accepted and cope, The increase inhibition and lack of tolerance com greatly to cope and improve the mental health of parents of children with intellectual disability will influence.
