fa بررسی میزان تطابق منحنی رشد کودکان کمتر از دو سال مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی–درمانی با استانداردهای جهانی رشد Assessment of Adaptation of Growth Curve in less than two years old The Children Referring to Health-Therapeutic Centers with world Growth Standards تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: سازمان جهانی بهداشت دو مجموعه از استانداردهای رشد کودکان را به عنوان یک ابزار بین المللی برای ارزیابی رشد ارائه کرده است. براساس تحقیقات موجود، حدود 43٪ کودکان کمتر از 5 سال دچار بازماندگی از رشد هستند. بنابراین مطالعه حاضر به منظور ارزیابی تطابق  منحنی رشد و نمو (وزن، قد و دور سر) کودکان صفر تا دو ساله شهر آمل با  استانداردهای جهانی رشد انجام گردید.    روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مطالعه توصیفی – تحلیلی بود که از طریق سرشماری تعداد 280 کودک سالم از بین کودکان مراجعه کننده به 14 مرکز بهداشتی – درمانی شهری انتخاب گردیدند، به طوری که این کودکان حداقل 6 بار مراجعه برای پایش رشد در کل دو سال داشته اند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه پژوهشگر ساخته که قبلا"روایی و پایایی آن تایید گردیده بود، از روی پرونده های خانوار گردآوری و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته ها: از بین 280 نمونه، 133 نفر (47/5%) پسر و 147 نفر (52/5%) دختر در مطالعه حاضر شرکت داشتند.  نتایج نشان داد که در 73/9% کودکان، رشد در ابعاد مختلف وزن، قد و دور سر، طبیعی بوده است. همچنین در ماه های مراجعه، هر سه بعد رشد کودکان شامل وزن، قد و دور سر با جنسیت کودکان اختلاف معنی دار آماری داشتند ولی با سن مادران، نوع زایمان، مرتبه تولد و نیز مصرف شیر مادر تفاوت معنی دار آماری نداشتند. نتیجه گیری: براساس نتایج مطالعه حاضر می توان گفت رشد کودکان تحت مطالعه مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی– درمانی شهر آمل منطبق  بر استانداردهای دو گانه رشد و نمودارهای رشد می باشد و اکثریت کودکان مورد پژوهش (73/9 %) در ابعاد مختلف رشد ( وزن، قد و یا دور سر ) در محدوده طبیعی  قرار داشتند.           </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: The World Health Organization (WHO) released two sets of child growth standards as an international tools for growth assessment. According to studies, about 43% of children less than 5 years with the growth and survival of about 9% of children are underweight. This study is designed to evaluate different growth (weight, length and head circumference) children were aged zero to two.   Methods: The present descriptive-analytic study has been performed in longitudinal approach. Among children referred to 14 urban health- therapeutic centers, 280 healthy children were selected using census method, so as to have at least six times referral during a total of two years. Data were collected from household records using a researcher-made questionnaire, in which validity and reliability had been previously proven. Data were analyzed. Results: From a total of 280 participants, 133 cases (47.5%) were male and 147 (52.5%) female. Generally, during the referral months, all the three growth parameters including weight, height and head circumference had statistically meaningful difference with children's gender. But, growth rate did not show meaningful difference with mothers' age, type of delivery, birth order and breast feeding. The results also revealed that growth different aspects such as weight, height and head circumference were normal in 73.9% of children.   Conclusions: Based on findings of the present study, it seems that a constant reference growth curve is not optimum for the whole country.
