fa مقایسه تنیدگی مادران در زایمانهای آسان، دشوار و زودرس تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">مقدمه </span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">&nbsp;: زایمان،&nbsp; یکی از تجارب زندگی مادران می&shy;باشد که برخی از آن ها توام با مشکل و مخاطرات می&shy;باشد. </span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">هدف مطالعه&shy;ی حاضر، مقایسه&nbsp; تنیدگی مادران در زایمان&shy;های آسان، دشوار و زودرس<span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"> بود.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">روش</span></span></strong><span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">:</span></span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> روش پژوهش توصیفی </span><span style="font-family: traditional arabic, serif;">&ndash;</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> تحلیلی مقطعی و از نوع علی ـ مقایسه&shy;ای<span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"> و </span>جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مادران مراجعه کننده به مراکز بهداشتی و درمانی دولتی شهر تبریز بود . از مادران مراجعه کننده </span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">180</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> مادر&nbsp; انتخاب شده و &shy;</span> <span style="font-family: b lotus;">پرسشنامه&shy;ی تنیدگی والدینی</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;"> را تکمیل نمودند. <span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;">داده&shy;های جمع آوری شده با استفاده از روش</span> تحلیل واریانس چندراهه تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">یافته ها</span></strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">:<span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"> نتایج نشان داد</span> که بین سه گروه زایمان آسان، دشوار و زودرس در تنیدگی والدینی(60/3=</span><span dir="LTR">F</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 001/0</span>><span dir="LTR">P</span>)<span style="font-family: b lotus;">، تنیدگی کودک (140/83=</span><span dir="LTR">F</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 001</span>/0><span dir="LTR">P</span>)<span style="font-family: b lotus;"> و تنیدگی مادر-کودک (131/2=</span><span dir="LTR">F</span><span style="font-family: b lotus;">، 0</span>/001><span dir="LTR">P</span>)<span style="font-family: b lotus;"> تفاوت وجود دارد. </span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b lotus;">نتیجه گیری</span></strong>: <span style="letter-spacing: -0.6pt;"><span style="font-family: b lotus;">با توجه به یافته های مطالعه &nbsp;حاضر و نیز در نظر گرفتن پژوهش&shy;های قبلی می&shy;توان چنین نتیجه گرفت که تجربه&shy;ی زایمان زودرس و دشوار بر رابطه&shy;ی بین مادر-کودک تاثیر منفی می&shy;کذارد و تجربه&nbsp; فیزیولوژیکی زایمان <strong>بر فرایندهای شناختی مادر تاثیر می گذارد.</strong></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Delivery or childbirth is one of mother&rsquo;s life experiences, sometimes associated with problems. The present study aimed to compare maternal tension in mothers who have had easy , difficult , and preterm labbors .<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: This study was conducted with a comparative cross-sectional descriptive method. The study population was all mothers, who had been referred to medical centers in Tabriz city during 2013. Accordingly , 180 mothers were&nbsp; selected with convenience sampling and completed parenting stress index. Cronbach&#39;s alpha reliability was 0/93.
