fa بررسی اثر بخشی برنامه آموزشی مراقبت خانواده محور بر عملکرد مراقبتی مادران نوزاد نارس بستری در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> والدین نوزادان نارس، تنش بالا و احساس ناامیدی در<span dir="LTR"> NICU</span> را تجربه می کنند؛ که اغلب به دلیل نداشتن آگاهی کافی از اینکه چه طور نقش والدینی خود را ایفا کنند و با نوزاد نارسشان در طول بستری بیمارستان تعامل داشته باشند.<br> <strong>روش :</strong> این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، در سال 1395 بر روی 60 مادر دارای نوزاد نارس&nbsp; بستری در بیمارستان مطهری شهرستان جهرم انجام شد. نمونه گیری&nbsp; به روش نمونه گیری غیر احتمالی در دسترس انتخاب شد و سپس به صورت تخصیص تصادفی در دو گروه کنترل و مداخله&nbsp; قرار گرفت. <span style="letter-spacing:-.2pt;">در گروه مداخله برنامه </span>مراقبت خانواده محوردر سه مرحله با حضور پژوهشگر ومادر درکنارنوزاد انجام شد. سپس بوسیله چک ‌لیست پژوهشگر ساخته عملکرد مراقبتی مادر کنترل ‌گردید. در گروه کنترل مادران تحت مراقبتهای معمول قرار گرفتند.<br> <strong>یافته ها:</strong> یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که در مجموع آزمون آماری تی بیانگر اختلاف آماری معنی داری بین دو گروه آزمون و شاهد از لحاظ عملکرد مراقبتی می باشد (<span dir="LTR">p<0/001</span>). همچنین تمام حیطه های عملکرد مراقبتی بین دو گروه مداخله و کنترل اختلاف آماری معنی داری مشاهده شد(<span dir="LTR">p<0/001</span>)<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> طبق یافته های این تحقیق یکی از عواملی که می تواند مادرانی را که نوزادان آنها بستری شده اند را به آرامش برساند و از اضطراب آنها بکاهد؛ مشارکت دادن مادر جهت مراقبت از نوزادشان می باشد. لذا انتظار می رود ضمن فراهم آوردن زمینه مناسب مشارکت خانواده فراد خانواده به ویژه مادران در مراقبت از نوزاد با کسب توانمندی لازم مشارکت کافی داشته باشند</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Parents of premature infants experience high tension and disappointment in the NICU; Often due to lack of awareness of how their parents play their role &nbsp;and interact with &nbsp;their premature infants during hospitalization.<br> <strong>Method: </strong>This clinical trial study was performed on 60 premature mothers in Jahrom city hospital in 1395. Sampling was done by non probabilistic sampling method and then randomly allocated to intervention and control groups. In the intervention group family-centered care program was conducted in three stages with the researcher and mother near infant. the performance of maternal care was controlled by questionnaire.Mothers in the control group received usual care.<br> <strong>Result</strong>: The findings of the study showed that T test showed a significant difference between the two groups in terms of care performance. (p <0/001). Also, there were significant differences between the two areas of care performance between the two intervention and control groups (p <0/001)<br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings of this study may be one of the factors that mothers who bring their babies were admitted to relax and reduce anxiety; Participation is mother to care for babies.
