fa بررسی عملکرد ارتباطی پرستاران و رضایت از نحوه ارائه مراقبت از دیدگاه مادران نوزادان بستری در بخش های پرستاری مراقبتهای ویژه نوزادان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;<span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه </strong></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;">: ﭘﺮﺳﺘﺎران ﺑﻪ ﻋﻠﺖ ﻣﻮﻗﻌﻴﺖ اﺳﺘﺜﻨﺎییﺧﻮد در ﺑﺨﺶ ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖ وﻳﮋه ﺗﺎﺛﻴر زﻳﺎدی در ﻛﺎﻫﺶ اﺳﺘﺮس واﻟﺪﻳﻦ دارند . برقراری&nbsp; ارتباط مناسب می تواند ناراحتی مادران&nbsp; را کمتر کرده و رضایت آنها را فراهم آورد . هدف مطالعه حاضر بررسی عملکرد ارتباطی پرستاران و رضایت از نحوه ارائه مراقبت از دیدگاه مادران&nbsp; نوزادان بستری در بخش های ان ای سی یو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیرازدر سال1394بود.<br> <strong>روش </strong>: این پژوهش مطالعه ای مقطعی از نوع توصیفی همبستگی است.جامعه مورد پژوهش شامل&nbsp;&nbsp; 220 نفر از مادران&nbsp; نوزادان بستری در بخش های مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان سه بیمارستان نمازی ،حافظ و حضرت زینب(س) بودند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها ، پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر سه بخش اطلاعات دموگرافیک مادران ، پرسشنامه عملکرد ارتباطی و رضایت از نحوه ارائه مراقبت بود.<br> <strong>&nbsp;یافته ها:</strong> &nbsp;دراین پژوهش میانگین سن مادران27 سال بوده است و متوسط مدت زمان بستری نوزادان ده روز&nbsp; و&nbsp; .میانگین سن حاملگی 36 هفته&nbsp; بود . نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که میانگین عملکرد ارتباطی پرستاران نسبت به میانگین رضایتمندی مادران کمتر بوده است. با مقایسه ابعاد رضایتمندی نیز ، رضایتمندی در بعد مراقبت و درمان نسبت به ابعاد دیگر دارای میانگین کمتری است.همچنین عملکرد ارتباطی با هیچ یک از ابعاد رضایت ارتباط معنی داری ندارد 0/05<<span dir="LTR"> p 0</span>است اما با رضایتمندی کل ارتباط معنی دار دارد ( 0/001=<span dir="LTR">p</span>)<span dir="LTR">.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> <span style="background:#FAFAFA;"><span style="color:black;">با توجه به اهمیت جایگاه پرستاران، لزوم تقویت بیشتر مهارت های آموزشی، ارتباطی و مراقبتی جهت افزایش رضایت مادران &nbsp;توصیه می شو</span></span>د. همچنین&nbsp; با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده از این پژوهش به نظر می رسد مادران با توجه به علت بستری فرزندشان نیازمند ارتباط بهتری با پرستاران هستند. و نیز پرستاران در کنار حساس بودن نسبت به نیازهای مراقبتی نوزاد لازم است تا تعامل مناسبی با والدین داشته باشند </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:tahoma,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span></span></div> <span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Nurses have a great influence on reducing the stress of parents because of their exceptional situation in intensive care units. The aim of this study was to investigate the communication performance of nurses and satisfaction with hospital care from the viewpoints of mothers of newborns admitted to the neonatal intensive care units of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences in 2015<strong>.</strong><br> <strong>Methods: </strong>This is a cross sectional descriptive-correlational study. The population consists of 220 mothers of newborns admitted to neonatal intensive care units of three hospitals of Namazi, Hafez and Hazrat Zainab. The data collection tool was a questionnaire consisting of three sections: demographic data of mothers, the questionnaire of communication performance and satisfaction with hospital care.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> in this study, the mean age of mothers was 27 years, the average duration of the hospitalization of newborns was ten days and the average gestational age was 36 weeks. In addition, the mean communication performance of the nurses was lower than the mean satisfaction of mothers.&nbsp; Comparing the dimensions of satisfaction, satisfaction with hospital care had lower average than other dimensions. Communication performance had no significant relationship with the satisfaction dimensions and p>0.05 but it had a significant relationship with total satisfaction (p = 0.001)<br> <strong>Conclusion</strong>: Concerning the importance of the nurses&rsquo; position, communication, educational and caring skills should be further strengthening to enhance the satisfaction of mothers. Also according to the results obtained from this research, it appears that mothers require better relationship with nurses based on the cause of the hospitalization of their children.
