fa مطالعه توانایی‌بازداری، تحمل کام نایافتگی، و کنار آمدن والدین دارای فرزند کم توان ذهنی و ناتوانی جسمانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مقدمه:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> <span style="color:black;">خانواده &shy;ها وقتی با یک رویداد مانند متولد شدن فرزند کم&shy;توان&shy; ذهنی یا ناتوان&shy; جسمی روبرو می&shy;شوند، واکنش&shy;های متفاوتی از‌خود نشان می&shy;دهند که </span>پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه توانایی خودبازداری و <span style="color:black;">تحمل‌کام &shy;نایافتگی </span>وکنار آمدن والدین با <span style="color:black;">کم&shy; توان ذ</span>هنی و ناتوانی جسمی فرزند بود</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">روش:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> طرح پژوهش توصیفی، از نوع علی</span></span><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&ndash;</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> مقایسه‌ای است که از بین والدین دارای فرزند<span style="color:black;"> کم &shy;توان‌ذ</span>هنی و ناتوانی جسمی شهرستان نقده</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در سال 1395 به تعداد 200 والدین بطور مساوی از هر گروه 100 نفر و به روش در دسترس انتخاب گردید. برای سنجش متغیر ها از ابزار تحمل ناکامی (هارینگتون، 2005) ،&nbsp; ابزار مقابله با بیماری برای والدین(میلتون و همکارانش، 2010) ، و پرسشنامه خودبازداری( وینبرگر و شوارتز،1990)&nbsp; استفاده گردید، </span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">یافته&shy; ها:</span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> یافته های این پژوهش نشان داد که در مقایسه خودبازداری کل (0/01) بین دو گروه متشکل از والدین کودکان کم توان ذهنی و ناتوان جسمی تفاوت معنی داری وجود دارد (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(P<0/05</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، &nbsp;همچنین در بررسی متغیر کنارآمدن والدین (0/007) تفاوت معنادار آماری بین دو گروه به دست آمد (</span></span> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">(P<0/05</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">، اما در مقایسه متغیر تحمل&shy; کام&shy; نایافتگی ( 0/37 ) بین دوگروه مورد مقایسه تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد (</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:times new roman,serif;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> (P<0/05</span></span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">.</span></span><br> <strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نتیجه&shy; گیری: </span></span></strong><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">والدین کودکان کم&shy;توان&shy;ذهنی در مواجهه با مشکل نسبت به والدین دارای کودکان ناتوانی‌جسمانی دیرتر پذیرفته و کنار می&shy;آیند بنابراین افزایش خودبازداری و تحمل&shy;کام&shy;نایافتگی تا حد زیادی در کنارآمدن و ارتقای سلامت‌روانی والدین دارای کودک کم&shy;توان&shy;ذهنی تاثیر گذار خواهد بود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction :</strong> when an event such as the birth of children, families with mental retardation or physical disabilities face different shvndvaknsh show the inhibition lack the palate tolerance and parents cope against different childrens disability.
