fa مقایسه شاخص‌های سلامت روان در کودکان بی‌سرپرست نگهداری شده در مراکز با کودکان سپرده شده نزد اقوام در استان لرستان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">مقدمه:</span></strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> خانواده</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">عنصر</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">کلیدی</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">رشد</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">و</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">پرورش</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">فرزندان</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">است.</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">کودکان</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">پرورشگاهی</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">که</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">اقبال</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">و</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">بخت</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">تجربه</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">کردن</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">محیط</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">خانواده</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">را</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">ندارند</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">از</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">محیط</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">گرم</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">ورشد</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">یافته</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">خانواده</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">محروم</span> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">اند</span><span dir="LTR">.</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;"> لذا هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر مقایسه شاخص&shy;های سلامت&shy;روان کودکان بی&shy;سرپرست نگهداری شده در مراکز با کودکان سپرده شده نزد اقوام در استان لرستان بود.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">&nbsp;روش:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">طرح </span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع مقطعی- مقایسه&shy;ای (پس&shy;رویدادی) بود. جامعه&shy;ی آماری این پژوهش را کلیه کودکان و نوجوانان بی&shy;سرپرست&nbsp; 6 تا 18 ساله نگهداری شده در مراکز و کودکان سپرده شده نزد اقوام تشکیل می&shy;دهند. 54 کودک و نوجوان نگهداری شده در مراکز بین سنین 6 تا 18 سال استان لرستان به روش نمونه&shy;گیری در دسترس انتخاب و با 54 نفر از کودکان و نوجوان سپرده شده نزد اقوام بر اساس سن، جنسیت و مقطع تحصیلی همتاسازی شدند و به سیاهه رفتاری کودک آخنباخ، پرسشنامه خودسنجی و فرم گزارش معلم پاسخ دادند</span><span style="font-family: b mitra;">.</span><br> <strong><span style="font-family: b mitra;">یافته &shy;ها:</span></strong> <span style="font-family: b mitra;">نتایج نشان داد که بین نمرات اضطراب/ افسردگی، گوشه&shy;گیری/ افسردگی و شکایات جسمانی در کودکان بی&shy;سرپرست سپرده شده نزد موسسات&nbsp; Nursery children who do not have a chance to experience the mentioned atmosphere are deprived of the lovely setting of family. so the goal of this study is the comparison of Mental health indicators in orphans who are kept in special centers with those who are kept by their relatives in lorestan province.<br> <strong>Methods</strong>: this was a cross-sectional and comparative cross-sectional (Causal- comparative) design.
