fa اثربخشی آموزش گروهی فرزندپروری مثبت بر مشکلات رفتاری کودک و فقدان لذت‌جویی مادران دارای کودک کم توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه<span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> تولد و حضور کودکی با کم توانی ذهنی در هر خانواده‌ای، می‌تواند رویدادی نامطلوب و چالش‌زا تلقی گردد که احتمالا تنیدگی و سرخوردگی و احساس غم و نومیدی را به دنبال خواهد داشت. این پژوهش با هدف تعیین اثربخشی آموزش گروهی فرزند پروری مثبت&nbsp; بر مشکلات رفتاری کودک و فقدان لذت جویی مادران دارای کودک کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">:</span></strong> طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش‌آزمون - پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل و پیگیری 1 ماهه بود. بدین منظور از بین مادران دارای فرزند کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز درمان اختلال یادگیری شهر اصفهان در بازه زمانی پاییز 95، 30 نفر به‌ شیوه &nbsp;نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل جایگزین شده‌اند (هر گروه 15 نفر) آزمودنی‌ها در سه مرحله‌ی پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و 1 ماه بعد در مرحله پیگیری به ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس نظام سنجش مبتنی بر تجربه‌ی آخنباخ و پرسش&shy;نامه فقدان لذت‌جویی پاسخ دادند. آموزش گروهی فرزند پروری مثبت در طی8 جلسه به‌صورت گروهی به مدت دو ماه بر گروه آزمایش ارائه شد. گروه کنترل هیچ مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. سپس داده‌ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل واریانس با اندازه‌گیری مکرر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت.<br> <strong>یافته ها: </strong>نتایج حاصل از تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها حاکی از آن بود که آموزش فرزند پروری مثبت بر &nbsp;مشکلات رفتاری برونی‌ (0/011<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) و فقدان لذت‌جویی در حیطه تعاملات اجتماعی (0/001<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) و آشامیدن و خوراک (0/001<span dir="LTR">P=</span>) تاثیرگذار بود.<br> <strong>نتیجه &shy;گیری: </strong>یا توجه یه یافته های این پژوهش می&shy;توان برای کاهش مشکلات رفتاری برونی کودکان کم‌توان‌ ذهنی آموزش‌پذیر و بهبود وضعیت روانشناختی مادران آنها می توان از این روش سود جست.</span></span></div> <pre style="text-align: justify;"> <span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong><strong><span dir="RTL">:</span></strong> Birth and presence of a child with intellectual disabilities in every family It can be a challenging adverse events Probably will follow stress and frustration and feelings of sadness and despair. The present study was conducted with the aim of determining the effectiveness of the group positive parenting training program on the anhedonia of mothers and behavioral problems of educable mentally retarded children.</span></span></pre> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Method: </strong>The research design was a pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design with the control group and 1 month follow up. For this purpose, from among mothers of educable mentally retarded children who referred to educational centers in the Isfahan city in the autumn 2016, 30 participants were selected using convenience&nbsp;sampling method and then were randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups (in each n=15).&nbsp; Participates responded the anhedonia scale and the test of self-report based on Akhenbakh system (ASEBA)<span dir="RTL">.</span> The group positive parenting training program was conducted during 8 sessions in group and for two months on the experimental group. The control group did not receive any intervention.<br> <strong>Results: </strong>The results of repeated measure indicated that the group positive parenting training program is effective on external behavior problems of chid and two components of anhedonia (social interaction, drink and food) of their mathers.<br> <strong>Conclusion: </strong>Regarding the obtained results, it disabled to reduce external behavioral problems in children with intellectual disability and improve psychological state of their mothers can benefit from this method.</span></span></div> مشکلات رفتاری, فقدان لذت‌جویی, آموزش فرزند پروری مثبت, کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی آموزش پذیر.
