fa تاثیر واقعیت درمانی گروهی بر بار روانی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> <span style="color:black;">در فرایند ابتلای کودک به ناتوانی یادگیری </span>بار روانی فزاینده‌ای برای اعضای خانواده خصوصاً مادر ایجاد می‌شود. بر همین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین تاثیر واقعیت درمانی گروهی بر بار روانی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری شهرستان پیربکران اصفهان به اجرا درآمد.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> <a name="_GoBack"></a>روش پژوهش حاضر نیمه آزمایشی با طرح پیش آزمون-پس آزمون با گروه کنترل و مرحله پیگیری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری شهرستان پیربکران اصفهان در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 بود. از میان جامعه آماری تعداد 30 مادر به روش نمونه گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس و در گروه‌های آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند. گروه آزمایش مداخله واقعیت درمانی گروهی را طی 10 جلسه آموزشی 90 دقیقه ای به صورت هفته‌ای یک جلسه دریافت نمودند، در حالی که گروه کنترل در طی انجام فرایند پژوهش از دریافت مداخله فوق بی‌بهره بودند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بار روانی (زاریت و همکاران، 1986) بود.<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> نتایج تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که آموزش واقعیت درمانی بر بار روانی مادران دارای کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری در مراحل پس آزمون و پیگیری تاثیر معنادار داشت (<span dir="LTR">p<0/05</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بر اساس نتایج حاصل از پژوهش حاضر، می‌توان از روش واقعیت درمانی در جهت کاهش بار روانی مادران کودکان مبتلا به ناتوانی یادگیری بهره برد.</span></span><br> &nbsp;</div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: In the process of the child&rsquo;s &nbsp;suffering from learning disability, Caused mental burden in family members specially the mother. According to it, the present study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of group reality therapy on mental burden of the mothers of the children with learning disability in the town of PirBakran in Isfahan.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The research method was semi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group design and follow-up stage. The statistical population of the current study included mothers of the children with learning disability in the town of PirBakran in Isfahan in academic year 2015-16. 30 mothers were selected through available non-random sampling method from the statistical population. The experimental group received of group reality therapy during 10-minute sessions a week for a meeting, received 90, While the control group during the study process of the intervention lacked above.
