fa بررسی تاثیر اجرای برنامه ایجاد فرصت های توانمند سازی والدین بربستری مجدد و طول مدت بستری نوزادان نارس در بخش مراقبت های ویژه نوزادان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:tahoma;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> تولد نوزاد نارس با بستری و جدایی از خا<strong>نو</strong>اده همراه است. و هزینه‌های بستری طولانی مدت آن‌ها 50 درصد از کل هزینه‌های تمام نوزادان بستری می باشد<span style="color:black;">. بیشتر از 27 درصد نوزادان نارس سالم مجدداً پس از ترخیص در بیمارستان بستری می‌شوند.</span> که این نهایتاً به افزایش هزینه‌های درمانی منتهی می شود.&nbsp; این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر اجرای برنامه ایجاد فرصت های توانمند سازی والدین بر بستری مجدد و طول مدت بستری نوزادان نارس انجام شد.<br> <strong>روش</strong>: این مطالعه کار آزمایی بالینی حاضر بر روی صد نفر از والدین دارای نوزادان نارس در گروه مداخله و کنترل انجام شد. برنامه ی توانمند سازی ملنیک و همکاران در چهار مرحله: 1) 2-4 روز بستری نوزاد، 2) 2-4 روز پس از مرحله ی اول، 3) 1تا3 روز پیش از ترخیص نوزاد و 4) یک هفته پس از ترخیص، اجرا گردید در هر مرحله والدین گروه مداخله به فایل صوتی ان مرحله گوش داد و کتابچه را هم مطالعه کرد.و والدین گروه کنترل از مراقبت های معمول برخوردار بودند. به فاصله(15 تا30روز ) پس از ترخیص نوزاد طی تماس تلفنی در مورد بستری مجدد نوزاد سوال به دست آمد و طول مدت بستری نیز از طریق پرونده نوزاد به ثبت رسید.<br> <strong>یافته ها</strong>: میانگین طول مدت بستری در گروه مداخله 4/52&plusmn; 8/58و در گروه کنترل&nbsp; 6/3&plusmn;12/2و (0/01=&nbsp; <span dir="LTR">P</span>)&nbsp; میزان بستری مجدد در گروه مداخله 31 درصد و در گروه کنترل 62 در صد&nbsp; بود (0/01 =<span dir="LTR">P</span> ).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری</strong>: مطالعه نشان داد که اجرای برنامه ی توانمند سازی طول مدت بستری و میزان بستری مجدد را کاهش می دهد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: Birth of premature neonate is Assosieted with hospital neonate and separation from family.&nbsp; Their long-term hospitalization costs are 50% of the total cost of all newborns admitted. more than 27% of preterm neonates are readmitted after discharge , which ultimately leads to an increase in health care costs. This of this study was performed to determine the effect of implementation of the program on empowerment of parents on hospitalization and duration of hospitalization of premature infants.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: This clinical trial study was performed on 100 parents of preterm infants in the control and intervention group. The educational program consists of four stages: the 1) 2-4 days of admission, 2) 2-4 days after the first stage, the 3)1 to 3 days before the discharge, and 4) One week after discharge, the mother listened to the audio file at each stage. Mothers were in control of the hospital according to the policy of the informational hospital. At intervals (15 to 30 days) after the discharge of the infant during a telephone call The newborn&#39;s hospitalization and activity were questioned, and the duration of admission was recorded through a neonatal case.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: The mean duration of hospitalization in the intervention group was 8.58 &plusmn; 4.22 and 12.2 &plusmn; 6.3 in the control group (P = 0.01).
