fa اثربخشی بازی درمانی کودک محور بر مشکلات درونی سازی شده کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> دنیای کودکان، دنیای فعالیت و عمل است و بازی&shy;درمانی می&shy;تواند به درون دنیای کودک پی ببرد. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی اثربخشی بازی‌درمانی با رویکرد کودک‌محور بر مشکلات درونی‌سازی شده کودکان است.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع شبه آزمایشی گروه&shy;های ناهمسان می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کودکان 6 ساله&shy;ای بودند که به دلیل مشکلات رفتاری به مرکز مشاوره مراجعه کردند و در ارزیابی توسط آزمون چک لیست رفتاری کودکان توسط درمانگر، دارای مشکلات درونی‌سازی شده تشخیص داده شده‌اند. از میان این افراد 24 کودک (12 &nbsp;نفر در گروه آزمایش و 12 نفر در گروه کنترل) به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، چک لیست رفتاری کودکان آشنباخ بود.<br> <strong>یافته&shy; ها:</strong> نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد در گروه آزمایش، نمرات پس &shy;آزمون افسردگی، اضطراب، مشکلات جسمی و انزوا کاهش معناداری داشت. نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که تفاوت نمرات پیش آزمون با هر دو آزمون پس آزمون و پیگیری&nbsp; در سطح 0/01<span dir="LTR"><</span>p معنادار است.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> بنابر نتایج این پژوهش، بازی درمانی بر کودکان دارای مشکلات درونی شده تاثیرات مثبت و پایداری دارد و نظام شناختی و هیجانی آنها را بهبود می &shy;بخشد و موجب درک بهتر فرایند بروز هیجانات و حل مساله می&shy;شود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> The world of children is the world of action and action, and play therapy can be realized within the world of the child. The purpose of the present study was to investigate the efficacy of child-centered play therapy on children&#39;s internalized problems.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> The present study is a quasi-experimental study of heterogeneous groups. The statistical population of the study was 6-year-old children who referred to counseling center due to behavioral problems and were diagnosed with CBCL by a therapist. Of these, 16 children (8 in the experimental group and 8 in the control group) were selected by available sampling method. The research tool was the Children&#39;s Child Behavioral Checklist in Acheschach.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The results showed that there was a significant decrease in post-test scores of depression, anxiety, physical problems and isolation in the experimental group.
