fa ارتباط نیازهای مادران با حمایت پرستاری از کودکان بستری در بیمارستان بقیه الله الاعظم علی اباد کتول در سال ۱۳۹۷ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: ﺑﺴﺘﺮی ﺷﺪن ﮐﻮدک در ﺑﯿﻤﺎرﺳﺘﺎن یﮑﯽ از دﻻیﻞ اﺻﻠﯽ ﺗﻨﺶ و اﺿﻄﺮاب ﺑﺮای واﻟﺪیﻦ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ ارایﻪی ﻣﺮاﻗﺒﺖ ﺧﺎﻧﻮاده ﻣﺤﻮر، درک ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎی واﻟﺪیﻦ از سوی پرستاران از اهمیت ویژه‌ای برخوردار است. این مطالعه با هدف ارتباط نیازهای والدین با حمایت پرستاری از کودکان بستری انجام شد.</span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>روش</strong>: در این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی ۱۵۰ نفر از والدین کودکان بستری در بخش کودکان که حداقل ۲۴ ساعت در بیمارستان حضور داشته‌اند، به روش نمونه‌گیری</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در دسترس انتخاب و بررسی شدند. نیازهای والدین با پرسشنامه &laquo;نیازهای والدین کودکان بستری&raquo; و حمایت پرستاری با ابزار &laquo;حمایت پرستاری از والدین&raquo; به صورت مصاحبه انفرادی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.</span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: میزان نیاز والدین با میانگین و انحراف معیار&nbsp; 2/35&plusmn;152/78و میزان حمایت پرستاری با</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">میانگین و انحراف معیار&nbsp; 16/52&plusmn;</span> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">72/01 بود. آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین نیاز والدین کودکان بستری با حمایت پرستاری ارتباط معنی‌دار و مستقیم را نشان داد (0/45=</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">r</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> و 0/01></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">P</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">).</span><br> <span style="font-size:12.0pt;">&nbsp;<strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با افزایش نیاز والدین میزان نیاز به حمایت پرستاری افزایش پیدا می‌نمود. با درک نیازهای والدین از سوی کادر درمانی به خصوص پرستاری نقش مهمی در ارائه حمایت‌ها و مراقبت‌های پرستاری دارد. لذا با افزایش درک نیازها و حمایت‌های پرستاری، شاهد افزایش کیفیت مراقبت و رضایتمندی بیماران و مراقبین آنها خواهیم بود.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> Hospitalization of a child is one of the main causes of stress and anxiety for parents. Considering the importance of providing family-based care, understand the need of parents by nurses is of particular importance. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the needs of parents and nursing support of hospitalized children.<br> <strong>Method</strong>: In this descriptive and cross-sectional study, 150 parents of children admitted to the pediatric ward of hospital for at least 24 hours were selected by convenience sampling method. Parents&#39; needs were assessed by individual interview using two questionnaires of &quot;the needs of hospitalized children&rsquo;s parents&quot; and &quot;nursing support of parents&quot;.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> The mean and standard deviation of parents&rsquo; needs was 152.78 &plusmn; 2.35 and nursing support was 72.01 &plusmn; 16.52. Pearson correlation coefficient showed a significant and direct correlation between the needs of parents of admitted children and nursing support (r = 0.45, p <0.01).<br> <strong>&nbsp;Conclusion:</strong> With the increasing needs for parents, the need for nursing support also increased. Understanding the needs of parents by medical staff, especially nursing staff plays an important role in the provision of nursing care and support.
