fa مقایسه کارکرد تحولی خانواده، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و استرس والدگری مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم و همتایان دارای کودک رشد بهنجار عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:iransans;"><strong>مقدمه: </strong><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">اختلالات عصب‌تحولی، طیف گسترده‌ای از مسائل و مشکلات را برای کودک به وجود می‌آورند که به صورتی مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، زمینه ساز کاهش کیفیت زندگی خانواده می‌گردد. با در نظر داشتن اینکه مادران بیشترین مسئولیت در رشد و پروش کودک را بر عهده دارد، این مطالعه با هدف </span></span>مقایسه کارکرد تحولی خانواده، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و استرس والدگری مادران کودکان مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم با مادران کودکان دارای رشد بهنجار انجام گرفت.<br> <strong>روش‌:</strong><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;"> این مطالعه توصیفی از نوع علی‌مقایسه‌ای بود که در آن 50 نفر از مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم با 50 نفر از مادران دارای کودک رشد بهنجار که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شده بودند. </span></span><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">سپس</span></span> <span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">پرسشنامه‌های سنجش کارکرد تحولی خانواده، پرسشنامه پنج عاملی شخصیت (</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">NEO</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">-</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">FFI</span></span><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">)، شاخص استرس والدگری </span></span><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">(</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">(PSI</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">-</span></span><span dir="LTR" style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">SF</span></span> <span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">تکمیل شدند. </span></span><br> &nbsp;<br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> بین دو گروه مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال طیف اوتیسم و عادی در مقیاس کارکرد تحولی خانواده، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و استرس والدگری (0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>) <span style="border:none;">تفاوت معنی‌دار بوده و کارکرد تحولی مادران کودکان عادی به میزان معناداری بالاتر از گروه مادران دارای فرزند اوتیسم بود.</span> <span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">همچنین استرس والدگری </span></span>و <span style="border:none;">میزان روان‌رنجورخویی مادران کودکان اوتیسم بالاتر از روان رنجورخویی مادران کودکان عادی </span>(0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>)<span style="border:none;"> بدست آمده و میانگین برون گرایی مادران کودکان عادی نیز بالاتر از میانگین برون گرایی مادران کودکان اوتیسم </span>(0/001=<span dir="LTR">P</span>)<span style="border:none;"> بدست آمد.</span><br> <strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong><span style="border:none;"><span style="color:black;">نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که مراقبت از کودک مبتلا به اوتیسم بر کارکردهای روانی همچون تحول خانواده، ویژگی‌های شخصیتی و استرس والدگری در خانواده فرد مبتلا تأثیر داشته و </span></span>توجه جدی به خانواده این گروه از افراد را می‌طلبد.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:times new roman;"><strong>Introductio</strong>n: Neurodevelopmental disorders cause a wide range of problems for the child that directly or indirectly lead to a decrease in the quality of life of the family. Considering that mothers have the most responsibility for the development of their children, this study aimed to compare family developmental function, personality characteristics and parenting stress of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder with mothers of normal children.<br> <strong>Method:</strong> This was a causal-descriptive study in which 50 mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and 50 mothers of normal developmental children who were selected by convenience sampling method completed the Transformational Function Assessment Questionnaire. Family, five-factor personality inventory (NEO-FFI), parenting stress index (PSI-SF).<br> <strong>Results:</strong> Data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorder and normality in family developmental function, personality traits and parenting stress (P = 0.001) and the developmental function of mothers of normal children was significantly different. Above the group of mothers had autistic children.
