fa تاثیر الگوی توانمند سازی حرفه ای بر رعایت کدهای اخلاقی از دیدگاه پرستاران و مادران کودکان بستری تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> کدهای اخلاقی ابزارهایی هستند که جهت تصمیم گیری بهتر پرستاران در تعامل با بیمار، خانواده، همکاران پرستار و دیگر اعضای کادر درمانی کاربرد دارند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر مدل توانمند سازی حرفه ای پرستاری بر رعایت کدهای اخلاقی از دیدگاه پرستاران و مادران کودکان بستری در بخش های کودکان بود.<br> <strong>روش:</strong> این مطالعه یک پژوهش&nbsp; نیمه تجربی دو گروهه با طرح پیش آزمون- پس آزمون بود. که بر روی 31 نفر پرستار و 200 نفر از مادران کودکان بستری به صورت سرشماری انجام شد. نمونه ها به طور تصادفی ساده در دو گروه قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع اوری داده ها در این مطالعه شامل پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و پرسشنامه اختصاصی رعایت کدهای اخلاق حرفه ای بود که در دو مرحله قبل و بعد از اجرای الگو تکمیل گردید. <span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>یافته‌ها:</strong> میانگین نمره رعایت کدهای اخلاقی از دیدگاه مادران قبل از مداخله 71/64و در گروه کنترل 77/30بود و بعد از مداخله 89/38و در گروه کنترل 92/48بود. بین دو گروه نظر اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت (002/0=<span dir="LTR">P</span>).<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> توانمند سازی حرفه ای پرستاران موجب ارتقا عملکرد پرستاران در رعایت کدهای اخلاقی و بهبود دیدگاه مادران در خصوص رعایت کدهای اخلاقی توسط پرستاران گردید. از آنجا که&nbsp; پرستاران بیشترین ارتباط را با بیماران و مراقبین آنها دارند، لذا ضروری است تا مسئولان حوزه سلامت، برنامه های آموزشی مدونی را در این زمینه در دستور کار خود قرار دهند. </span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction:</strong> ethical codes are tools for making better decisions in contraction with patients form nurse&rsquo;s side. To investigate the effect of the nursing professional empowerment model on nursing adherence to ethical codes from the viewpoints of nurses and mothers of children admitted to pediatric wards.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong> A quasi-experimental study with two groups and a pre-and post-test design. Thirty-one eligible nurses and two-hundred mothers of children admitted to pediatric wards participated in the study. The intervention group participated in four 30-45 minute sessions of training the nursing codes of ethics.<br> <strong>Results:</strong> At the professional empowerment model in the intervention group can lead to a significant increase in nursing adherence to ethical codes from the mothers&rsquo; viewpoints (P < 0.05).<br> <strong>Conclusion </strong><br> The results of this study have shown that nurse&#39;s professional empowerment could improve the performance of nursing staff and could improve mother&rsquo;s attitudes toward ethical codes.
