fa بررسی باور درمان، کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت از درمان از دیدگاه والدین کودکان مبتلا به آسم مراجعه کننده به مراکز آسم و آلرژی استان مازندران تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong>مقدمه : </strong>شیوع آسم کودکان در ایران 9/10 است. عدم تبعیت درمان های استنشاقی در آسم با کاهش کیفیت زندگی بیماران همراه است این پژوهش با هدف تعیین ﺑﺎور درمان و کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت درمان کودکان مبتلا به آسم انجام گرفت.<span style="font-size:12.0pt;"></span><br> <strong>روش: </strong>این پژوهش مقطعی بین 170کودک 12-8 ساله مبتلا به آسم مراجعه کننده به مراکز آسم و آلرژی استان مازندران با نمونه گیری مستمر صورت گرفت. داده ها با پرسشنامه کیفیت زندگی، باور درمان، تبعیت درمان جمع آوری شدند.<br> <strong>نتایج:</strong> میانگین نمره کیفیت زندگی11/69&plusmn; 56/32&nbsp; میانگین نمره ضرورت-نگرانی 2/9&plusmn; 6/71 بوده و 55/9درصد از کودکان تبعیت از درمان نداشتند. مدت ابتلا تنها متغیری بوده که با باور درمان ارتباط داشت(0/011<span dir="LTR">p=</span>). کیفیت زندگی دختران و کودکانی که سابقه مصرف سیگار در خانواده نداشتند، بالاتر بوده است(0/032<span dir="LTR">P=</span>). بین باور درمان و کیفیت زندگی و تبعیت درمان ارتباط مستقیم بدست آمد و با افزایش تبعیت درمان کیفیت زندگی بالاتر بوده است.<br> <strong>نتیجه گیری:</strong> ﺑﺎور والدین در ﻣﻮرد ﺿﺮورت ﻣﺼﺮف داروﻫﺎ ﻣﻲ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ تبعیت درمان و کیفیت زندگی کودکان را ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺄﺛﻴﺮ ﻗﺮار دﻫﺪ. به کارکنان بهداشتی-درمانی پیشنهاد می شود، با مداخلات آموزشی مناسب و تشویق والدین موجب تبعیت بیشتر درمان و بهبود کیفیت زندگی در کودکان مبتلا به آسم شوند.</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction :</strong> Asthma is the most common chronic disease among children. The incidence of asthma in Iran is 10.9% in people under the age of 18. Poor adherence to inhalation treatments in asthma is associated with poor quality of life in patients. Since the belief of patients affects their compliance, this study was an attempt to evaluating belief in treatment and quality of life, and the treatment of children with asthma. <span dir="RTL"></span><br> &nbsp;<strong>Method:</strong> This cross-sectional study was conducted on asthmatic children aged 8-12 years referring to Asthma and Allergy centers of Mazandaran province, Iran. A convenient sampling method was used and continued till data saturation (n=170).<br> &nbsp;<strong>Results:</strong> The average score of quality of life was 32/56 &plusmn;69/11. The mean score of necessity-concern was 9/2&plusmn; 71/6 The Patient&rsquo;s belief is 2/9 quality of life is 56/32% and 55.9% of children did not adhere to the treatment. Duration of the disease was the only variable that was associated with the belief in the treatment.
