fa بررسی نگرش‌ و عملکرد مادران دارای کودک کمتر از پنج سال در ارتباط‌ آن با رخداد حوادث خانگی‌ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><strong>مقدمه:</strong> کودکان در گروه سنی کمتر از پنج سال مهمترین گروه آسیب‌پذیر از لحاظ حوادث خانگی هستند، بیشتر حوادث‌ در میان کودکان در خانه رخ می‌دهد. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین نگرش و عملکرد مادران دارای کودک کمتر از پنج سال تحت پوشش مراکز خدمات جامع سلامت شهر بوشهر ‌در مورد رفتارهای پیشگیرانه‌ از حوادث خانگی‌ و ارتباط آن بارخداد حوادث خانگی می‌باشد.<br> &nbsp;<strong>روش:</strong> در این مطالعه مقطعی-مقایسه‌ای 122 مادر دارای کودک کمتر از 5 &nbsp;&nbsp;سال (با‌ و بدون داشتن رخداد حوادث خانگی) مشارکت داشتند که بصورت تصادفی خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه استاندارد نگرش ‌و عملکرد زاهدی نیا در ارتباط با حوادث خانگی می‌باشد<br> <strong>نتایج :</strong> نمره نگرش‌ در دو گروه مادران دارای کودک با رخداد و بدون رخداد اختلاف معناداری نداشت. اما نمره عملکرد این مادران دارای اختلاف معناداری بود( 0/037= <span dir="LTR">P</span>)، &nbsp;هچنین تحصیلات، وضعیت اشتغال و تعداد فرزندان با نگرش رابطه معنی‌داری دارد.<br> <strong>نتیجه</strong><strong><span dir="LTR">&lrm;</span></strong><strong>گیری:</strong> عملکرد مادران تاثیر بسزایی در کاهش رخداد حوادث داشته است. گنجاندن برنامه‌های آموزشی در جهت ارتقا مهارت عملکرد مادران در مورد رفتارهای پیشگیرانه حوادث خانگی می‌تواند در جهت کاهش رخداد حوادث و عوارض جسمی آن بر کودکان موثر باشد.<br> &nbsp;</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><strong>Introduction</strong>: &nbsp;Children under the age of five are the most vulnerable group in terms of domestic accidents, most accidents occur among children at home. The aim of this study was to determine the attitude and practice of mothers with children under five years of age covered by Bushehr Comprehensive Health Service Centers &quot;on preventive behaviors&quot; from home accidents and its relationship with home accident care.<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Method</strong>: In this cross-sectional comparative study, 122 mothers with children under 5 years of age (with and without the occurrence of domestic accidents) participated in which two-stage clusters were randomly selected. The data collection tool is a standard questionnaire on Zahedinia&#39;s attitude and practice in relation to domestic accidents. &nbsp;<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Results</strong>: There was no significant difference between the scores of attitude in the two groups of mothers with and without events, but the performance score of these mothers was significantly different and the chance of occurrence decreased with increasing performance (P = 0.037) while the rate of attitude Awareness did not have a significant effect on the incident (P <0.05)<span dir="RTL"></span><br> <strong>Conclusion:</strong> The results of this study show that mothers&#39; performance has a significant effect on reducing accidents.
