fa تأثیر صدای ضبط شده مادر بر اضطراب کودکان تحت عمل جراحی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">مقدمه</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">: </span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">جراحی یک رویداد منفی است که با اثرات نامطلوب برای کودکان همراه است. از جمله عوارض جراحی می توان اضطراب را نام برد. از صدای مادر می توان به عنوان مداخله ای برای کنترل اضطراب کودک استفاده کرد. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر صدای مادر بر اضطراب قبل از عمل جراحی در کودکان تحت عمل جراحی ناحیه تحتانی شکم در سال 1398 انجام شد.</span></span><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:Mitra"></span></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">روش:</span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%"> در این مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی، 80 کودک سن 6-1 سال بستری در بخش جراحی اطفال بیمارستان امام علی زاهدان&nbsp; به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس و تدریجی انتخاب شدند و به صورت تصادفی در دو گروه مداخله (40 نفر) و کنترل (40 نفر) قرار گرفتند. داده ها با استفاده از </span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">پرسشنامه سنجش اضطراب کودکان تعدیل شده ییل(</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%">mYPAS</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">) </span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">جمع آوری شد.&nbsp; در گروه مداخله صدای مادر قبل از عمل جراحی پخش شد.</span></span> <span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">&nbsp;در هر دو گروه اضطراب در زمان ورود به اتاق عمل و بعد از اتمام پخش صدا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.</span></span> <b><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"></span></span></b></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">نتایج : </span></span></b><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">نتایج نشان داد </span></span>&nbsp;<span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">میانگین اضطراب&nbsp; گروه مداخله قبل از پخش صدای مادر&nbsp; از(</span></span><span lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">6/59</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">57/12)&nbsp; به&nbsp; (6/90&nbsp;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">&plusmn;</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">52/82)پس از آن کاهش معناداری یافت. میانگین نمره اضطراب بعد از پخش صدای مادر در دو گروه مداخله و کنترل تفاوت معناداری داشت (0/0001 =</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%">p</span></span><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="line-height:150%">).&nbsp; </span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">نتیجه گیری: </span></span></b><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:107%">این پژوهش نشان دهنده تاثیر صدای مادر بر کاهش اضطراب کودکان تحت عمل جراحی می باشد. بنابراین به پرستاران پیشنهاد می شود که&nbsp; از صدای مادر جهت کنترل اضطراب در کودکان تحت جراحی استفاده کنند.</span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:normal"><b>Introduction: </b>Surgery is a negative event that is associated with adverse effects on children<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> One of the most common complications of surgery is anxiety<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> The mother&#39;s voice can be used as an intervention to control children&#39;s anxiety<span dir="RTL" lang="FA">.</span> The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of maternal voice on postoperative pre-operation anxiety in children undergoing lower abdominal surgery in 2019.<span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="font-family:Mitra"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><b><span style="line-height:150%">Method:</span></b><span style="line-height:150%"> In this clinical trial, 80 children aged 1-6 years admitted to the pediatric surgery ward of Imam Ali Hospital in Zahedan were selected by available and gradual sampling methods and randomly divided into two groups, intervention (40 people) and control (40</span><span dir="RTL" lang="FA"><span style="line-height:150%">. ( </span></span><span style="line-height:150%">Data were collected using the modified- Yale preoperative anxiety</span> <span style="line-height:150%">scale.</span> <span style="line-height:150%">In the intervention group, the mother&#39;s voice was played before surgery. Anxiety was assessed in both groups when entering the operating room and after the sound was played.</span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><b><span style="line-height:150%">Results: </span></b><span style="line-height:150%">The results showed the mean of the anxiety before playing the mother&#39;s voice in the intervention group was (57.12&plusmn;6.59) which received a significant decrease to (52.82&plusmn;6.90) after the intervention.&nbsp; The mean of anxiety was significantly different in the two groups, (intervention and control) (P= 0.0001). <span style="font-family:"Times New Roman",serif"></span></span></span><br> <span style="line-height:150%"><b><span style="line-height:150%">Conclusion:</span></b><span style="line-height:150%"> This study shows the effect of a mother&#39;s voice on reducing anxiety in children undergoing surgery.
