fa بررسی رابطه سلامت معنوی و درک از ارتباط با پرستار، در مادران دارای نوزاد نارس The assessment of relationship between spiritual health and perception of communication with nurse in mothers with premature newborn. تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه: با تولد نوزاد نارس، مادران ارتباطات جدیدی به خصوص با پرستاران تجربه میکنند. استرس ناشی از بستری شدن نوزاد نارس، میتواند سلامت مادر و متعاقب آن، سلامتی نوزاد را تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه سلامت معنوی و درک از ارتباط با پرستار، در مادران دارای نوزاد نارس بستری در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بیمارستانهای استان بوشهر در سال 1401 انجام گرفت. روش: پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی از نوع مقطعی است. جامعه آماری این مطالعه 218 مادر نوزاد نارس بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه نوزادان بودند. نمونه گیری به شیوه در دسترس انجام گردید. جمعآوری دادهها با استفاده از فرم جمعیت شناختی مادر و نوزاد، پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی <a name="_Hlk153736574">Palutzian</a> و  Ellison با دو بعد سلامت وجودی و سلامت مذهبی و پرسشنامه درک از ارتباط با پرستار Reid و همکاران انجام شد. نتایج : 54 درصد از مادران سلامت معنوی متوسط و46  درصد آنها سلامت معنوی بالا داشته‌اند. میانگین و انحراف معیار درک از ارتباط با پرستار10/42±62/41 بود. نتایج رگرسیون خطی نشان داد، سلامت وجودی مادر، پیش‌بین مثبت درک او از ارتباط با پرستار می‌باشد <a name="_Hlk154501355">     (001/0></a>P؛ 0/437=β.( بین سلامت مذهبی و درک از ارتباط با پرستار رابطه آماری معنی‌دار وجود نداشت <a name="_Hlk154501574">(0/108=</a>P؛ 0/085-=β). نتیجه گیری: سلامت وجودی مادر به عنوان بخشی از سلامت معنوی با درک او از ارتباط با پرستار رابطه مثبت دارد، لذا پیشنهاد میگردد بیمارستان‌ها <a name="_Hlk144461234">برنامه‌هایی برای والدین نوزادان نارس بهخصوص مادران، در جهت ارتقاء سلامت معنوی آنها بهویژه سلامت وجودی در نظر گرفته تا با افزایش تعاملات بهینه با پرستار، موجب کاهش استرس مادر و مشارکت بیشتر وی در امر مراقبت از نوزاد گردد.</a>  </div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: With the birth of a premature <a name="_Hlk144462214">newborn</a>, mothers experience new relationships, especially with nurses. The stress caused by the hospitalization of a premature newborn can negatively affect the health of the mother and then the health of the newborn. Therefore, a recent study was conducted to assess the relationship between spiritual health and perception of the communication with the nurse, in mothers with premature newborns admitted to the neonatal intensive care units of hospitals in Bushehr province in 2022. Methods: The current research is a cross-sectional descriptive-analytical study. The statistical population of this study was 218 mothers of premature newborns admitted to the neonatal intensive care units. Data gathering was done by convenience sampling and by using a demographic form of mother and newborn, spiritual health questionnaire (Palutzian & Ellison) with two dimensions, religious health and existential health and perception of communication with a nurse (Reid et al) questionnaire. Result: 54% of mothers had average spiritual health and 46% of them had high spiritual health. The mean and standard deviation of perception of communication with the nurse was 62.41±10.42. The result of linear regression showed that the mother's existential health can be a positive predictor for the perception of communication with the nurses (=β0.437 ؛ P>0.001). Also, no significant relationship was between the mother's religious health and perception of communication with the nurse<a name="_Hlk154503928"> (</a><a name="_Hlk154826882">=</a>β0.085 ؛ P=0.001). Conclusions: Since existential health as a part of spiritual health can be a positive predictor perception of the communication with the nurse, it is suggested that the hospitals have programs for the parents of premature newborns, specifically the mothers, to improve their spiritual health, especially the existential health.
