fa مقایسه نیازهای خانواده از دیدگاه پرستاران و مادران کودکان بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه کودکان تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:16px;"><span style="font-family:IRANsans;"><span style="background:white"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="AR-SA">مقدمه :</span></b><span lang="AR-SA"> عدم رفع نیازهای درک شده خانواده منجر به نارضایتی آنها از کیفیت مراقبت و خدمات دریافتی از سوی تیم درمان می شود.. لذا این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه نیازهای خانواده از دیدگاه پرستاران و مادران کودکان بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه کودکان مراکز آموزشی و درمانی منتخب دانشگاه های علوم پزشکی شهر تهران انجام شد. </span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA">روش: </span></b><span lang="FA">&nbsp;در این مطالعه توصیفی- مقایسه ای 110 مادر دارای کودک بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه کودکان و 110 پرستار شاغل در بخش های فوق شرکت داشتند. مادران &nbsp;به صورت در دسترس و پرستاران در سه بیمارستان مرکز طبی کودکان، بیمارستان علی اصغر و رسول اکرم از فروردین سال 1401 &nbsp;به مدت 6 ماه انجام شد. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه نیازهای خانواده دارای فرد بستری در بخش مراقبت ویژه (</span><span dir="LTR">Family Needs inventory</span><span lang="FA">) استفاده شد. مادران و پرستاران به طور جداگانه به سوالات پرسشنامه فوق در طیف لیکرت 5 بخشی پاسخ دادند. </span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA">نتایج : </span></b><span lang="FA">میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره نیازهای کلی خانواده </span><span lang="AR-SA">از دیدگاه مادران </span><span lang="FA">(9/43 </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> 129/33) و از دیدگاه پرستاران (8/80 </span><span lang="FA">&plusmn;</span><span lang="FA"> 127/49) بود. 68/7درصد مادران و 66/8درصد پرستاران برآورده شدن نیازهای خانواده را با اهمیت گزارش کردند . &nbsp;تفاوت معنی داری در براورد نیاز به نزدیکی به کودک میان پرستاران و مادران وجود داشت</span><span lang="FA"> (0/020 </span><span dir="LTR">P=</span><span lang="FA">)</span><span lang="FA"><span style="font-family:"B Nazanin""></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span style="color:black"><b><span lang="FA">نتیجه &shy;گیری:</span></b><span lang="FA"> با توجه به تشابهات دیدگاه دو گروه به نظر می رسد موانع دیگری در مسیر رفع نیازهای مهم خانواه های دارای کودک بستری در بخش مراقبت های ویژه کودکان وجود دارد. </span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:18px;"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman;"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="line-height:115%">Introduction:</span></b> <span style="line-height:115%">Meeting family needs without considering their desires and what they feel as needs result in dissatisfaction with the quality of care and services received from the healthcare team. Therefore, this study was conducted to compare family needs from the perspective of nurses and mothers of hospitalized children in the pediatric intensive care unit of selected centers in Tehran hospitals.</span></span></span><br> <b>Method</b>: In this descriptive-comparative study, 110 mothers with children hospitalized in the pediatric intensive care unit and 110 nurses working in the aforementioned units participated. Mothers and nurses were available in three educational and medical centers in Tehran in 2022. Data was collected using the Family Needs Inventory questionnaire for individuals with a family member hospitalized in the intensive care unit. Mothers and nurses separately answered the questionnaire&#39;s questions using a 5-point Likert scale.<br> <span style="line-height:115%"><span style="color:black"><b><span style="line-height:115%">Results:</span></b> <span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:115%">The mean and standard deviation of the overall family needs score from the perspective of mothers were (33.129 &plusmn; 9.43) and from the perspective of nurses were (49.127 &plusmn; 8.80). 68.7% of mothers and 66.8% of nurses reported the importance of meeting family needs.
