fa تجربه نوجوانان دارای سابقه خودزنی با توجه به سابقه اختلالات بالینی و ویژگی‌های فردی آن‌ها The study of the experience of adolescents with a history of self-harm according to their clinical disorders and individual characteristics تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <div style="text-align: justify;">مقدمه:  خودزنی یکی از مسائل خطرناک دوران نوجوانی است. خودزنی شامل رفتارهایی است که با هدفهای مختلف روانشناختی و بین‌فردی و به شکلهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم انجام میشود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تجربهی زیسته نوجوانان دارای سابقه خودزنی بود. روش کار: در این پژوهش کیفی با رویکرد مضمونی (کلایزی)، تجربه زیسته ده نوجوان دارای سابقه خودزنی با مصاحبه انفرادی عمیق بررسی شد و پژوهش بر درک و تفسیر تجربیات این افراد از پدیده خودزنی تمرکز دارد. درحقیقت، این پژوهش، به دنبال کشف معنای خودزنی برای کسانی است که آن را تجربه کرده‌اند، و در ادامه نشانه‌های اختلالات بالینی و ویژگی‌های فردی اثرگذار بر این پدیده مشخص و واکاوی شدند. جامعه بررسی شده در این پژوهش نوجوانان 18ـ12 شهر کرمان  در سال 1402بودند. یافته‌ها: با تآکید بر ویژگیهای فردی و شخصیتی و اختلالات بالینی، کدهای مفهوم اولیه به 26 عدد رسید که این کدها در 9 مقوله عمده جای‌گزاری شدند. نتیجه‌گیری: خودزنی برای هر شخص کارکرد خاصی داشت. نیاز به خودزنی می‌تواند نشانه‌ی وجود اختلالات روانی یا شخصیتی باشد. بعضی افراد صرفاً به علت داشتن تکانشگری و نبود مهارت‌های کنترلی دست به خودزنی زده بودند و بعضی دیگر به اختلالاتی مانند اعتیاد، اختلال سلوک یا اختلال کنترل تکانه خودزنی را امتحان کرده بودند.</div> <div style="text-align: justify;">Introduction: Self-harm is one of the dangerous problems of adolescence. Self-harm includes behaviors that are carried out with various psychological and interpersonal goals and in direct and indirect ways. This study aimed to investigate the lived experience of adolescents with a history of self-harm. Method: In this qualitative research with a thematic approach, the lived experience of ten adolescents with a history of self-harm was investigated through in-depth individual interviews, and the research focuses on understanding and interpreting these individuals' experiences of the phenomenon of self-harm. In fact, this research seeks to discover the meaning of self-harm for those who have experienced it, and then the signs of clinical disorders and personal characteristics affecting this phenomenon were identified and analyzed. The population studied in this study was adolescents aged 12-18 in Kerman in 2023. Findings: With an emphasis on individual and personality characteristics and clinical disorders, the initial concept codes reached 26 numbers, which were placed in 9 major categories. Conclusion: Self-harm had a specific function for each person. The need to self-harm can be a sign of the presence of clinical or personality disorders.
