بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر خطرپذیری دختران نوجوان

مقدمه: رفتارهای پرخطر در نوجوانان، پیامدهای منفی روان شناختی و اجتماعی را افزایش می دهد. از آن­جا که هوش هیجانی به عنوان مجموعه­ای از مهارت­ها می­تواند به سازگاری فرد کمک کند بنابراین هدف از این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر خطرپذیری در دختران نوجوان شهرستان رشت بود.
روش کار: این پژوهش از نوع شبه آزمایشی با گروه آزمایش و گواه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دختران نوجوان شهرستان رشت در سال 93-94 بودند که 54 نفر از دانش‌آموزان یک مدرسه دخترانه نواحی رشت به عنوان نمونه به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شده و سپس از کلاسهای آن مدرسه، برای تأمین فرض همگن بودن، دو کلاس به تصادف انتخاب شدند. سپس یک گروه به عنوان گروه کنترل و گروه دیگر به عنوان گروه آزمایش در نظر گرفته شد. در گروه آزمایش کارگاه آموزش مهارت‌های هوش هیجانی طی 12 جلسه برگزار شد و گروه کنترل، هیچگونه مداخله‌ای دریافت نکردند. شرکت کنندگان قبل و بعد از آموزش به مقیاس خطرپذیری که از روایی و پایایی مطلوبی برخوردار است، پاسخ دادند. سپس برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد.
یافته ­ها: نتایج تحلیل کوواریانس نشان داد که خطرپذیری گروه آزمایش در دو مرحله پیش و پس از آموزش هوش هیجانی تفاوت معناداری داشته است. به این صورت که خطرپذیری گروه آزمایش در مرحله پس­آزمون نسبت به گروه کنترل کاهش یافته است (0/01P<).
نتیجه­ گیری: بنابراین آموزش هوش هیجانی توانسته است در کاهش رفتارهای پرخطر مؤثر باشد.
